Richard J. Kelly

Mr. Kelly is a Project Manager for Bohemia River Consultants. A recent assignment was Project Manager for the Denver International Airport AGTS Maintenance Facility Expansion Project on which he was responsible for managing the design and construction for the facility. He has been Vice President for Program Management and Engineering for Westcode, Inc., a major supplier of HVAC equipment and door operator systems to the rail transit industry where he implemented a technology transfer and joint venture project with a major Japanese firm. Mr. Kelly is experienced in the use of the Kaizen continuous improvement system.
